For the price of a cup of tea, Moroccan men will occupy a café’s chairs for hours on end.
It’s a place to hang-out with their friends, watching the world pass by.

Cycling as a couple, I (Grace) never received extra, unwanted attention. The men were friendly enough, and never made me feel unwelcome in the male-dominated cafés and terraces. Some of them even began applauding while I pedaled up a pass.
