Nomads

We overtook this friendly nomadic family.

They were sitting on an overturned bed frame atop their camel cart. Their faces were almost black from years of harsh desert sun.

Waving at each other as we passed, I’m sure they couldn’t imagine our lifestyle just as we couldn’t envision theirs.
