Hotels of any standing have room service boys who will bring you cold cokes and snacks.

At one, the young lad forgot to bill us for our drinks. An hour later, he knocked on our door – quivering with fear. “Could you please pay for your cokes?”

We felt so S#*tty! that we had forgotten about it, and immediately paid our bill plus tipped him generously.

The smile of relief (he would no longer have to pay our bill himself) that came across his face was amazing. We resolved to never forget paying a hotel room boy again!
