Long night
Upon arriving at the guesthouse, we spotted the TV and benches. But it didn’t occur to us that this was the local movie theater, and that the oil generator underneath our open window powered the television.
As soon as the show began, our room filled with a noxious blue mist. The generator noise was deafening, forcing us to sit outside. We glared at anyone who dared to look our way, making our displeasure known!
Finally, the film ended, and we were able to catch some shut-eye.
