Bolivia – Isla Incahuasi
Isle
During the day Inchuasi swarms with tourists.
But come evening, they all left and we had the island and sunset view to ourselves.

At 12,106 sq km, the Salar is the world’s largest salt flat.
Nothing can beat the feeling of pedaling across it!

Oman – camping
Panorama
Our favorite camping spot had to be in the Hajar mountains.
It was the most dramatic landscape that we came across in Oman.

Myanmar – Bagan
Magnificent
Bagan is a jaw-dropping plain full of more than 3,000 temples.
We ended up spending a week there yet only managed to visit a small fraction of them.

Cambodia – Angkor Wat
Mystical
Of course we knew that Angkor Wat had been discovered years ago.
But scrambling over the moss-grown stones at Ta Prohm, we felt like reincarnations of Indiana Jones.

Jam-packed
If you’re planning on cycling every inch of your journey, including out of Bangkok, the view from Golden Mount Temple might give you second thoughts…

Thailand – Chao Phraya River
Exotic
This view over the Chao Phraya River is one of our favorites in Bangkok.
You can see (and hear!) the colorful express boats careening across the water while in the distance golden temple roofs dot the landscape.

China – Guilin
Scenic
Looking out over the Li River near Guilin city center.
In most Chinese cities, huge apartment blocks dominate the cityscape. Here, it’s the karst mountains.
