The majority of Argentinians are pious Roman Catholics. Religious processions such as this one for the Virgin Mary draw huge crowds.

When quizzed about our beliefs, we talked about our Catholic upbringing. But we didn’t mention why we visit European cathedrals; to admire their stained glass windows.
