Cookie Lady

June Curry lived along the trail in Afton, Virginia, where she provided food and lodging to passing cyclists. Her home was a veritable museum filled with postcards, photos and bicycle memorabilia.

She also took polaroid photos of the bikers who spent the night. Joe Bousquet, Hank Raines and Gordon Hamachi created a registry of her  scanned pictures at CGOAB.
